We want you to love your fragrance — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered!

 

✅ You’re eligible if:

• You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• The perfume is unused & unopened with 95%+ remaining.

• The product is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

 

🚫 Not eligible if:

• The perfume is opened/used with less than 95% left.

• Order was part of a sale, promo, or bundle deal.

• Request is made after 14 days.

• Return is due to change of mind.

 

🔄 How it works:

1. DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp within 14 days.

2. Share your order number, reason, & product photos.

3. Send it back once approved.

4. Get your 100% refund (excluding delivery charges) within 3–7 working days.
