At Scentire, customer satisfaction is our foundation. However, to maintain the premium value of our offerings and bundle pricing structures, certain conditions apply.

✅ Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible purchases.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Products must be 90% unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the order details.

• Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Orders above Rs.5,000

  • Bundle or promotional purchases (e.g., “Buy 2 perfumes, get free shipping”)
    ➤ These offers are provided at exclusive rates and are final sale only — they do not qualify for return.

🚚 Shipping Fees

• Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

• In cases of product damage, leakage, or incorrect item, Scentire will cover all return shipping charges.
